A baker brush in birch and horse hair. Can be used to spread the flour evenly over the baking board, removes excess flour from the bread and clean the work surface. Since horsehair is heat resistant it can be used in the oven. Part of a series with pastry brush and dough scraper.

Please note that this brush is made from natural wood and therefor variation in wood grain and color will occur.
