BESPOKE JEWELLERY
Some pieces ask to be made differently.
Whether it is a pair of wedding bands to mark a beginning, or the reworking of an heirloom into a new and more contemporary form, bespoke work is a thoughtful and intentional collaboration.
Each commission unfolds step by step, allowing space for clarity and refinement. Every piece is handmade in my atelier using recycled precious metals, shaped with careful attention to proportion, durability and how it will be worn for years to come.
-
Each commission begins with a conversation.
In this first stage, we explore the direction of the piece — discussing meaning, design ideas, material options, budget and anticipated timeframe. This may take place in my atelier or over the phone.
There is no obligation at this stage. It is simply an opportunity to clarify the vision and decide how you would like to proceed.
-
Following our discussion, I begin developing the design.
The piece is shaped in wax, allowing us to refine proportion, scale and detail before casting. For rings, accurate sizing is essential. This can be done in person at my atelier, or I can send a ring sizer free of charge.
You will review and approve one wax model prior to casting. One round of amendments is included at this stage.
Once approved, the piece is cast in your chosen precious metal and carefully finished by hand in my atelier. Each surface is refined and polished with care and precision.es here
